Product Forms
Most fittings are stocked in butt-weld form. Tri-Clamp, I-Line, and other connections are available on request.

Sizes
Tube fittings are available in the same sizes as the sanitary tubing, 0.5" through 2" ODs. Most fittings are offered in the standard BPE dimensions. Heavy wall tank ferrules are also available in larger sizes, since they weld directly to tank shells and heads and do not require tubing as a component.

Finishes
CSI's standard finish on AL-6XN and C-22 fittings is 32 microinch RA ID and OD. Mechanical abrasive or electropolish finishes are also available with a 25RA max ID finish. Unpolished fittings may be available upon request.

Please contact us for your custom fabrications or standard fittings not listed here. Our designers and craftsmen have extensive experience manufacturing custom fittings and equipment from AL-6XN and C-22 alloys.
